Waterfall picture piecing

Sparkling blue water cascades down moss covered rocks in this picturesque nature scene. The detail image below shows a close-up of the upper waterfall. We used Superior's Glitter Hologram Thread in midnight, steel, silver and pearl, shown below, to add the perfect sparkle to the cascading water.

This pieced design features “Picture Piecingâ€Â, an original technique using freezer paper. It is entirely machine sewn. This pattern has only straight seams, there are no “set-inâ€Â angles to worry with. It’s really not as hard as it looks.
